In person and online Health and Nutrition Coaching is available to support you with a wide range of problems. We will work together to build a warm, safe and confidential space for you to address your present concerns.
Health and Nutrition Coaching can be utilised to address a particular concern such as sleep or diet or to improve overall health in more of a holistic sense. Health Coaching can be great place to start if you are feeling unsatisfied with your overall wellbeing but can't pinpoint a specific problem.

Throughout, you are the driver of your health journey and choices, however I will support you each step of the way, providing guidance around which interventions may be the most appropriate.
I have a qualification in nutrition and can support you with meal planning and looking at what is and isn't working for you in your current diet. Unless an allergy or intolerance is present it is about finding a balance which best supports your health rather than eliminating certain food groups. Particular foods can bring down inflammation whilst others may support the production or metabolism of certain hormones.
Depending on your presentation I may need to consult with your doctor before we implement any interventions.
Conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS can feel debilitating when they impact your daily life however I can support you through health coaching interventions , and counselling if PMS and PMDD are also present, to have a rich and fulfilling work and social life.
Sessions are £60.00 and are normally booked in groups of four to ensure you get the targeted support you need.

Individual sessions for Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) are available for individuals who hold a lot of tension in their body, those experiencing stress and anxiety, insomnia, and certain types of chronic pain and migraines, to relieve symptoms. Once taught this can be practiced at home to provide long-lasting benefits and can easily be slotted into your daily routine.
